The rules for using Postspool, in plain words. Last updated 3 October 2026.
These terms are an agreement between you and Postspool, a service of INVERT LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the website or the Chrome extension, you agree to them. If you use Postspool for a business, you agree on behalf of that business. How we handle your information is described in our privacy policy.
Postspool helps small businesses plan, write and schedule social media posts. It learns about your business from what you tell it, suggests a plan, writes captions, makes pictures, and, through the extension, places the posts you approve into Instagram's own scheduler. We keep improving it, so features may change, be added or be removed.
What you put in, and the posts made for you, are yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you. We do not use your content to advertise to others and we do not sell it.
You decide what gets published, and you are responsible for it. Make sure your posts are true, that you have the rights to any pictures, music, names or logos in them, and that they follow the law and the rules of the platform they appear on.
Captions, pictures, plans and insights are made with AI. They can contain mistakes, outdated facts, or things that do not fit your business. Nothing is published without your approval, so read every post before you approve it, and change or delete anything that is not right. Insights from other accounts are suggestions, not guarantees of results.
You agree not to use Postspool to:
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, and will tell you why when we can.
You can cancel at any time from the app. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you have already paid for, and is not renewed after that. There is no cancellation fee. Payments already made are not refunded for the part of a month that is left, except where the law says otherwise or where we made a billing mistake. If something went wrong, write to us and we will look at it fairly.
We work to keep Postspool running and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available". It depends on other services, such as Instagram, our AI providers, our host and our payment provider, and any of them can change or stop working. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or free of errors, or that your posts will reach a certain number of people.
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit, lost sales, lost data or damage to reputation, or for what you choose to publish. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You can stop using Postspool and delete your account at any time, as described in the privacy policy. We may close an account that breaks these terms, or stop offering Postspool with reasonable notice.
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and tell you in the app or by email before the change applies. Using Postspool after that means you accept the new terms.
