Postspool

AI social media for businesses and creators

MORE FOLLOWERS.MORE ENGAGEMENT.MORE SALES.

Postspool studies your business, writes your week of posts, makes the picture and the video, and lines them all up ready to go.

You read them and say yes. That is the whole job.

Your first week is free. We make it, you read it — if you wouldn't publish it, you pay nothing.

We use it every day on our own accounts

AI-written, automatically scheduled

MONDAY MORNING, YOUR WEEK IS ALREADY WRITTEN.

The AI writes a week of finished posts and schedules them — words, picture, video, and the hour each one publishes automatically. One a day is what most people pick; set it to three a week or three a day and it just makes more. Pick a business below — it is the same machine reading a different set of records.

Six examples. The machine never changes — only which records it reads.

Will it sound like AI?

That's the part we spent most on. It learns how you write from your own account, keeps a list of words you've banned, and never claims a result without saying why. You read every post before it exists — nothing goes out that you haven't seen.

Can I change one before it goes?

Any of them. Rewrite the words, ask for a new picture, move the time, or skip it entirely — a skipped idea never comes back.

How many posts do I get? Can I have more?

You set it. Three a week, one a day, three a day — the AI makes as many as you ask for, and you can change the number any time. Most people start at one a day and go up once they see it working.

Won't it end up posting the same thing over and over?

That's the failure everyone expects, so it's built against. It mixes the kind of post day to day — a reel, then a photo, then a carousel, then a story — and it remembers every idea it has already used, so it never comes back to one twice.

Who it is for

IF ANYTHING ABOUT YOUR WORK CHANGES, IT HAS SOMETHING TO POST.

Bookings, listings, stock, a timetable, a project, the thing you uploaded last night. Postspool reads whatever already changes and turns it into the week. The trade does not matter — if you keep a record of anything, that record is a month of posts nobody has written yet.

Creators & freelancers what you make photographers, architects, designers, writers, musicians, film-makers — anyone whose work is the product.

It reads your shoots, projects, drawings, uploads — finished and half-done.

It posts one piece of work as a whole week: the process, the version you didn’t post, the outtake, the one from two years ago.

Businesses, services & products what changes today cafés, gyms, clinics, shops, salons, agents, recruiters, platforms — anyone with something to fill or something to sell.

It reads your bookings, timetable, listings, stock, the appointment book.

It posts the quiet Tuesday, three spots at 7am, back in stock, new to market, sold in nine days.

Not on this list whatever you keep and that is most people — the list above is examples, not a menu.

It reads a spreadsheet, a calendar, a folder of photos, a booking system, or a five-minute conversation with you.

It posts the same way it does for everyone else. Reading records and writing from them is one job, not forty.

It also watches what is going on outside — the festival two streets away, the heatwave, the school holidays, and industry news if your audience is the kind that follows it. But an outside event only becomes a post when it connects to something of yours. It is never allowed to write about a thing just because the thing is trending.

Never this“AI is transforming hospitality.” Anyone could have written it, and nobody asked.

This“The marathon closes our street on Sunday, so we are opening at 7 for runners.”

Same story, same morning. One is filler. The other only you could post.

AND WHY IT HAS TO BE EVERY WEEK, NOT WHEN YOU FEEL LIKE IT.

People need to see you seven to twenty times before they buy anything. That is the whole reason posting twice a month does nothing — you never reach the number. It is also why the week is built out of four kinds of post, not four adverts:

Inspire25%the finished thing, the before and after, what is possible
Educate30%tips, how it works, the mistake everyone makes
Engage25%your story, behind it, the question you get asked
Sell20%the offer, the proof, the invitation

One post in five asks for anything. The other four earn the right to. Get that ratio wrong — and almost everyone does — and the platform quietly shows you to fewer people every week.

How it works

THREE STEPS. THEN THE AUTOMATION RUNS ITSELF.

1

Connect your account

Install the extension and point it at your own profile. The AI reads what you've posted, what worked and how you talk — then you name a few competitors for it to watch automatically.

2

The AI studies you, then your rivals

A Chrome extension reads your own account — what you've posted, what worked, how you talk — and learns your business, brand and voice from it. Then point it at competitors or accounts you admire and it learns what's working for them too.

3

Approve Monday, done for the week

Your week of AI-written posts lands planned. Say yes, no, or change this — then the automation schedules and publishes them. About ten minutes of your week.

I've barely posted anything. Is there enough to learn from?

Yes. A handful of posts is enough to pick up how you talk, and the rivals you point it at fill in the rest — what works in your trade, at what time, in what format. The less you've posted, the more it leans on them at the start.

Do I have to give you my password?

No. The extension works inside your own browser, in the session you're already logged into. Publishing uses the official connections you approve yourself.

Why this happens

YOU KNOW YOU SHOULD POST DAILY. YOU MANAGE TWICE A WEEK.

Not because you're lazy — because you're running the actual business. Posting properly means thinking of something, writing it, shooting it, editing it and remembering to put it up. Every day. Nobody has that hour, so it slips, and the account goes quiet for a fortnight.

  • You post when you remember. Then nothing for two weeks, and the reach never builds.
  • Your competitor posts every day. They're not better than you. They just have someone doing it.
  • An agency wants €800 a month. For eight posts that don't sound like you and don't know your business.
  • Most AI tools hand you a caption. You still need the picture, the video, the timing and a voice that sounds human. That's not automation, that's homework.

What's in it

FULL AUTOMATION, FROM EMPTY CALENDAR TO PUBLISHED POST.

AI plans the week

As many posts as you want, deliberately mixed so you never say the same thing twice.

AI learns your voice

The extension reads your own account to pick up how you write and what your audience answers to.

Watches your competitors

Point it at rivals or accounts you admire. It tracks what they post, when, and what actually performed.

AI designs the image

Ten art directions from a style profile built off your own references.

AI films the video

Multi-scene 9:16, narrated in your own AI-cloned voice, music mixed under.

Automatic publishing

Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest — posted for you, with login health watched.

Finds your audience

Harvests the people already following your competitors, scored by fit.

Learns what worked

Performance joins back to format and hour, then feeds the next brief.

Does it post automatically? I don't want a bot loose on my accounts.

Publishing is automatic once you've approved the week — that's your own content going to your own accounts. Messages to people are different: those are written and queued, and you press send. Nothing contacts anyone on its own.

I already pay for a scheduler.

Keep it if you like it — we can hand you finished posts to load in yourself. Scheduling is the last ten percent and it's a solved problem. The expensive part is having something worth scheduling, every week.

Where this came from

WE BUILT THE AI FOR OUR OWN BUSINESSES FIRST.

Postspool wasn't designed in a meeting. We run several businesses of our own and had the problem you have — plenty worth saying, nobody with the hours to say it.

A post a day, month after month, across businesses that sound nothing like each other. That's what taught the AI to sound like whoever it's writing for — and never to write like a robot on a Tuesday.

Running several brands from one place? Tell us what you run and we'll sort it out.

What if I hate it?

Then you don't pay and we stop. No invoice, no call to get out of, no contract to end. You'll have spent an email address.

What's actually missing from the $29 plan?

The making. You still get the week planned, the research on you and your rivals, the calendar and the publishing — but you write the words and make the pictures yourself. $99 does all of that for you.

Free first week

GIVE US A WEEK. WE'LL GIVE YOU A WEEK OF POSTS.

Install the extension, let it read your account, and we'll build a real week of posts for your business — written, designed and filmed. If you wouldn't publish them, you pay nothing.

No card. No demo call. Two to three working days.

How long until I see the first week?

Two to three working days from the moment the extension has read your account. You'll get a real week written for your business — not a template with your logo on it.

What do you need from me to start?

Your Instagram handle, the extension installed, and three rivals worth watching. That's the whole setup.
